Hot hot dogs

Bought a couple of chilli cheese hot dog sausages at work the other day.

Wrapped one in streaky (U.S. style) bacon and topped with chilli sauce.

The other served with BBQ shredded short rib meat.

With a serving of potato rostis, shredded short rib meat, grated cheese and BBQ sauce.

I don’t understand chili cheese dogs. Too messy to eat normally and not enough chili to per bite. Would rather have chili cheese fries with bacon and said hot dog with the fries.

The chilli and the cheese is in the sausage.

Enough to flavour but ye’, the second one with the added chilli tasted better.
